Sounds great. Love the suggested changes. Do you do anything else with marjoram & grapefruit? It’s not a combination I’ve heard of before but I can imagine it being a nice touch.
Did a glaze for a side of grilled salmon with pomegranate molasses and a touch of maple syrup that was paired with parsnip mashers and seared scallops on a bed of arugala, fresh romas, and salted cukes. 🤌🏼🌟
