The guns are fucking dope as shit. I don’t even care if they have less damage than what I already use, every time I find a new type of gun it’s just such a cool, badass design I can’t help but want to use it… And I’ve really just been focusing on pistols right now. The rifles and shotguns and lasers… Not to mention there are heavy weapons, but I haven’t even seen one yet. I hella wanna know what a rocket launcher looks like. The only guns I’m just kinda like meh about are the old earth weapons. They’re well designed, but… The future tech looking shit is so much cooler. 🤤
One of my favorite guns is the old earth hunting rifle. Awesome sniper to engage with first and then move in. I do wish the guns had a little more kick in general. That’s my only criticism
I’m kinda disappointed there is no dismemberment, coupled with the more realistic ragdoll physics, because yeah. The lack of heads exploding and bodies being flung back does make them seem less powerful than they look. Still, there is something to be said about an enemy just crumpling upon death that is pretty visceral.
