Spotted by Redditor kaldeqca. What’s interesting though is that these figures suggest that it wasn’t at the expense of Apple’s market share, it’s more the other Android OEMs that lost ground to Google:

They grew ‘twenty percent’ of their market share, which is a whopping 1%. Four out of 100 NEW phones is a pixel now. Considering pretty much the only options left to North America that aren’t Apple and Samsung is basically Motorola and Google, I wouldn’t consider this a win. I didn’t even know tcl made smartphones and they’re barely behind Google.
If you want to consider positive gains negatively you can do that.
