MOBAs were cool at the time of warcraft 3. Let’s move on.
What kind of statement is this? MOBAs are still insanely popular. And “move on”? as if there’s no reason to iterate or improve on a genre?
I don’t even play MOBAs but I’ve heard this same sentiment on arena shooters and it makes as much sense there as it does here.
these articles never point out how far away the moon is when they do these comparisons.
For example, did you know that if you took all the planets in the solar system and put them between earth and the moon that it would seriously mess everything up?
The problem isn’t that no one is making good games, it’s just that the mobile market is dominated by too many large companies intent on keeping it the way it is and enough of the consumers are ok with that.
this feels true but sometimes my cat makes such sad meows and I run over and go “oh my poor baby what’s wrong who hurt you”
have you tried additional entries that are the same thumb?
I always felt like dodging projectiles and not needing to worry about vertical aiming was the best part of doom.
It also translates to controllers well too vs the hit scan skills required with modern fpses along with the ability to aim on the vertical axis
Arctic Eggs is a short but neat game about frying eggs
do you think they can taste their brain?
From someone who tried making an app that uses NFC, it’s all over the place and inconsistent; might be good to have a bit of a reset.
she’s about 4 or so
my cat sometimes will leave the room, wail in a seemingly stressed way and if I go up to her and she sees me she meows sweetly and then follows me back to where we were.
I’m always thinking if I find a genie, one of my wishes would be to understand her better.
doesn’t work well with non-native english speakers though
The demonic cat-sith called Big Ears could be summoned (Gaelic taghairm Scottish Gaelic pronunciation: [tɤrʲɤm]) to appear and grant any wish to those who took part in the ceremony. The ceremony required practitioners to burn the bodies of cats over the course of four days and nights.
wow
my childhood friend called him “seh-pirth”
have you played the dlc?
the term normally refers to a developer that can be productive in every layer required for a typical application to work.
They can do the front end design/styling/implementation and are familiar with front end languages and frameworks
They can do the backend API design and are familiar with the typical backend languages and patterns.
They can do the database table design, write and optimize queries.
They can handle the ci/cd scripting that handles building and deploying the application
They can design and write the automation tests and are familiar with the libraries used for that.
And a bunch of other crap like load testing or familiarity with cloud services.
The latest thing added to the list is AI model creation which is a nightmare… but, I can’t say no 🤷♂️
