Yes, Physics majors are a bit too hierachical with science like there were not doing non-rigorous math themselves but let’s be honest: on the other spectrum of real/fake science it is very very hard to find actual people seriously studying the field, like you have to go up to doctorant to find the kind of serious study you find in physic undergrad.

I didn’t taste much bitterness which may be du to cooking it. I never heard it was hypnotic and didn’t feel any effect. I eat about a handful of it tonight and the same amount yesterday. It was the first time I eat it. Is this an effect of commun mugwort or chinese mugwort?

Is it spicy? Why is it called mustard?

I love to forage fruits. I’m currently learning how to recognised herbs and wild vegetable but I absolutely love to find a tree or a bush full of fruits and have some, even better coming back to pick what I need for a pie.

Every time a step a foot outside this week, I thought “how lush and rich all the plants have gotten. And they seem so tender at the same time”. If people weren’t waking their dogs here, I could have fully filled my fridge with wild vegetables : plantains (the herb not the banana), dandelions, red dead-nettles. I also thought I recognised huge quantity of Queen Anne’s lace, but I won’t try to eat this one.
And I know before I check that further away, the round-leafed mint muss be giving new sprigs. Lawn daily also never stop to bloom during our mild winter but they looks really better know.

I really need to grab my bags and go for a walk in a quiet place.

I haven’t tried to taste nettle yet but there is plenty of it everywhere.
And I plant to learn how to recognised sorrel and cow parsnip this spring.
