5·29 days agoI would ditch the SD cards entirely and boot off of USB attached SATA SSDs. But your idea still sounds cool if you can’t or don’t want to invest in SSDs!
I’ve enjoyed btrfs on my laptops, definitely seems stable, and using BEES foe dedupe is rad (maybe don’t do that on an sd card tho…)

5812·1 month agoThe main dev, Vaxry, is a transphobic fascist shithead. To such an extent that he’s been banned from contributing to freedesktop.
He’s also an immense ass when commenting on issues on his own repos.
Hyprland itself is decent, though breaking changes happen frequently. And the plugin manager is a complete mess.
I got so sick of dealing with breaking changes, and seeing his stupid fucking aryan anime avatar constantly reminded me of how shit of a person Vaxry is, that I just said “fuck it” and switched over to Plasma 6, and haven’t really looked back.
Absolutely fucking not.
