You probably were just viewing it in the Wyze app unless you did a bunch of stuff – I have a few old wyze cams and actually got one in RTSP mode and converted it to mjpeg once and it was pretty awful all around.

I didn’t check but the threads on the hotend are in good shape. It must have unscrewed itself. I think I can barely see some threads in the picture.
