I’m a weird, jaded outcast who was not prepared to learn about the Intel Management Engine. Add Pi-hole, LibreWolf, GnuPG, and uBlock Origin icons somewhere in the next iteration of this meme and it would be chef’s kiss.

I have not. I just downloaded it and will give it a try! Thanks!
I’m open to suggestions too. I stuck with Nova Launcher and disabled its network permission. I can’t seem to find anything open source that runs as quickly and enables anywhere close to the customization. I don’t see a privacy issue related to Nova selling out (now that it can’t touch the Internet).
I can confirm that Chase, Ally, Venmo, and Robinhood all work on Graphene. You just need to install Google Play Services.
Install AirGuard, if you’re concerned about people stalking you. Install an icon pack and/or switch to a different homescreen app? I prefer that Graphene gives users freedom to setup their phone however they want.
Its been time. You won’t regret it. Graphene is the best Android implementation I’ve ever used.
GrapheneOS on Pixel 7 I got used for $200. I’ve been running this for a year and its the most satisfying setup I’ve ever ran. I have multiple user profiles to segregate Google Play Services, banking apps, consumption apps, and a very restricted profile for my kid to use. I can’t recommend it enough.
Well, I jumped in head first and iRobot is the only integration that broke. I’m sure that will be fixed soon. Anyone else have any snags?
Edit: Nevermind, its working flawlessly now.
I can add that it requires location permission (even when you attempt to search manually with zip or city). What a shitty, dystopian timeline we are experiencing when we’re mandated to run privacy invasive spyware, just to get a fucking discount on nugs.
Are you just as concerned that cash is not traceable and that some is exchanged tax free? I don’t see how any GPU miners are profitable at this point. Outside of gaming: AI must have a larger GPU demand? Most miners are using ASICs. You’re absolutely right that mining energy should come from plants that have underutilized capacity and (obviously) renewable sources. The cat’s out of the bag on cryptocurrency and unjust laws don’t deserve to be followed. All government printed currencies eventually become worthless.
Crypto cannot be banned. It can only be made illegal, if countries want to remove themselves from the digital currency revolution. The derivatives market is $730T. Stocks are about $110T. Real estate is around $380T. If you’re concerned about the minuscule amount of illegal activities that occur within the 3.5T crypto market, your fears are misguided. Crypto is mostly traceable. Fiat currencies are highly preferred for drug sales and tax avoidance.
Thanks for shedding light on this. I’ve also noticed the same thing on Instagram links. They now have a “igsh=” added to track sharing.

For a lot of the cheap stuff on Amazon, the price is literally double at a local brick and mortar retailer. Phone chargers, kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning products are high-margin examples that come to mind. Plus, of course, your time and gas money to grab it. Some people also struggle with impulse purchases they may grab while shopping in store. Its easy to see why people continue to throw money at creepy Bezos and just wait for shit to appear on their porch.
The ads can be variable length and tailored to whoever is downloading the podcast. SponsorBlock for podcasts does indeed need to be a thing (but it may be tricky to implement and easily subverted).
The ads are put in by whoever makes the podcast.
If it’s out of the bag, then it’s out of the bag
Now that is a powerful cat
But what if you lose the notebook? Or just don’t have it on you, when you need it? God help ya if someone malicious gets it. Keep it digital, always available, backed up, and secure.
Thanks! It does indeed look like people try out Linux before the new Windows release. Then it returns to the slower adoption trend.
Click “I don’t have a product key” during install. Then use MAS to activate after the install.
