You may be right. I am not very deep into DK politics, but to me, it seems like parties have transitioned to picking standing points from throughout the political range, as they see fit, and not have a standard stance depending on what side they are on. This, I feel is a good thing, and even though it appears to gather all parties in the center, it also gives them a wider and more nuanced approach.

At this point, I am ashamed of Denmark - one of the countries backing this idea (and if i am not misinformed the country who came up with it?). I have lived here for 30+ years and they do many things right, but recently the government has taken too many liberties and given itself way too much power to decide what people can do

This is also apparent on the opinion polls. The government (currently 3 more or less central parties) and especially the ruling party (theoretically left but sliding fast towards the center), have lost a lot of its backup from the public

I just bought an used Ender v3 S1 pro with a sonic pad and a laser engraver for the equivalent of 215 CAD

I have kept my V2 for now and plan to attach the engraver on it but at some point I am thinking of donating it to a school or local group / club.

I can’t even sell a resin printer for the equivalent of 100 CAD

Ok. I am not familiar with self leveling so wouldn’t know if it’s enough. But maybe the bed just needs a good cleaning with alcohol?

This looks like a small print, suitable for experimenting. Try tilting it 45 degrees so that it is tilted against the bed. It won’t have much contact to the bed but may need way less support and the layers may even strengthen the print.

I’d tilt it so that the flat backside faces towards the bed but do try various versions, see how it goes and also evaluate strength

Nice! The reason why i did a color change is that dark fillament does not let as much light through, so the logo pops a lot more than if the whole badge is illuminated. Also I have set the infill to 40% just to hide it from showing like that.

That said, I wanted to make one where the logo is countersunk into a solid top. That might be even nicer!

Also maybe use some temporary glue, until you settle on something that works well. I’d be afraid that the one you made, might show the apple logo too much. It will simply just shine through it

Nice! I’d love to see pictures of it in green. I didn’t have green filament so I went with red. Will you use solid green or translucent?

It might be worth trying both in order to see how the light shines through them, before glueing it on 👍

The one that I had in my junk drawer 😜 I think it is some sort of contact adhesive. Honestly though, I don’t know if it is the right choice. I was going for a hold that was strong, but maybe also breakable if I wanted to replace it. This is why i didn’t use super glue or two component stuff.

That said, it’s only been there for a few hours, so this may also be a thing you’d need to adjust to your needs

Only improvement would have been to translate the texts to the local languages (and maybe make the text shorter). Maybe also add each recipient as BCC instead of them all being able to see each other

But all in all it’s a great help!

Thanks! I was especially concerned to have a private seller ship the printer, but when they told me that they had the original box I felt pretty safe that it would be ok.
