Just a preface that I don’t like PoE.

Season 4 is a lot more fun, but I still think D3 is a better game. But if you compare D4 to what D3 was like at after release, D4 is in much better shape. It’s definitely heading in the right direction, and I suspect that the expansion in August will make it much better, similar to how D2 and D3 did.

Back to season 4, I leveled to max level, maxed out the battle pass, and experienced all of the content and that was good enough for me. I want really interested in sticking around to switch to better build and get the best gear.

Just because it’s cultural doesn’t mean it’s not problematic. Ignore the issues if you want, it doesn’t make them go away.

I bought an N100 mini PC (not POE) as my new server a couple months ago. I really like it. That processor is great for power efficiency.

From reading your comments I understand why. It’s in your delivery. You’re abrasive and you don’t explain why. You’re also telling people not to use something they know, to use something they don’t know, and not explaining how that would be beneficial. As far as I can see, you’ve only explained how LXD, when setup correctly, can do what Proxmox does.

You’re essentially telling people to use something that is at best a side grade for reasons, and being salty about it.

My x86 Proxmox consumes about 0.3 kwh a day at around 15% average load. I’ve only had the Kill A Watt on it for a day, so I don’t know how accurate that is, but it shouldn’t be too far off.

You could probably get something close to a networked zigbee dongle by running zigbee2mqtt on a pi with a USB dongle and run nothing else on it. It would potentially make restoring it in a failure easier.

From everything I’ve seen, the networked ones are never recommended over USB dongles.

I definitely recommend zigbee2mqtt over ZHA. I originally went with ZHA and just recently went through the hassle of converting over. It was worth it. IMO, it’s best to just start with zigbee2mqtt, and to convert before you have a lot of devices and automations.

In general, yes. But the contact here is minimal. I wouldn’t be worried.

As a recent beginner, don’t buy one that requires tinkering unless you’re ok with doing a really deep dive into learning.

3d printing is a deep rabbit hole. A beginner friendly printer will save you a good deal of trial and error.

I played Starfield for around 150 hours. I went from that game to BG3. So far, I enjoyed Starfield more, but the games are so different they’re hard to compare.

Starfield was much more “turn off brain, sneak around, fight bandits” with story bits in between. I often didn’t have to put any thought into encounters if I didn’t want to. Mainly because it’s a Bethesda game, and I’ve played several before.

BG3 is slower, more methodical, with way more (and obviously better) story.

Starfield was more like comfort food, where BG3 is more like fine dining. Both great in different ways.
