The quick call is usually under an hour, but the resulting series of touchpoints, meetings with several departments, vendor calls, and data deep dives will eat a month of my time and will result in the same outcome as the quick call… That’s outside of our department’s scope.

Yeah, I think perhaps I’m taking a less charitable view of the phrasing than I could. I just tend to bristle a bit at what feels like gender proscriptive phrasing. “Stand against mysogny, even if nobody is watching.” would be more inclusive.
This squicks me out a bit. It paints the desirable outcome as masculine and misogyny being solely the purview of men.
I’m a little worried about the redhead with 😑 for a left hand.
