ShadPS4 has become usable for bloodborne within the last year or so. Runs 60fps on decent hardware

Heliboard is basically the same, but has the ability to add glide. Plus suggestions/corrections are already implemented, so I prefer it over Floris (which I used for months before finding heliboard)
