This video made me reinstall cod4 and give the single player another try after all these years.
I don’t think it really holds up very well, even though I have some nostalgia for it.

I too am a bird man but I’ve asked my non-birdman friends who say that the game is indeed stunning.
It helps that the game is also enjoyable to play.
He mentioned that writer named Stuart and I immediately started anticipating the reveal that Ahoy was directly involved in this story.
Lemmy user slams game developer over use of controlled leaks
I’ve always called them dungeon crawlers
I’ll take advantage, if you don’t mind. I need help specifically with obedience training.
I adopted my dog from the local rescue last year. She’s a two year old mixed breed, I’m thinking a rottweiler/bernese x golden retriever. As far as I can tell she’s had no formal training.

I mean, Twitch chat is a form of messaging.
Lemmy’s sorting is really weird. When sorting content by Hot, I’ve found a bunch of dead posts with no comments. But when switching to Active I get a bunch of posts filled with comments, but they tend to be a bit older so it can get stale seeing the same posts even if there are new comments.
There’s no algorithm here pushing stuff to the top so you’re kind of on your own curating communities to get your home page not completely dead.
Antichamber was pretty good for this. You would accidentally fall off a bridge or something and expect a game over, only to find an entirely new area to explore. There were no failure states as far as I remember.
Pulling a game from the steam store does not stop people from downloading it if already in their library.
To be honest, even Reddit doesn’t really feel like Reddit anymore. I have a certain nostalgia for how the site used to be a decade ago, it feels far too corporate now.
Time is a 4th dimension when talking about spacetime, which assumes three dimensions of space and one dimension of progressing time.
In geometry, a 4-dimensional object can be projected as a 3-dimensional shadow.
