I hope this guy has himself a nice whiskey and a break. and I hope the commenters find some other fixation soon.

he hasn’t gone out of his way. he just thinks its irrelevant to make a report about it. and he is correct. thats not what github report is for.
these commenters are hitting this guy for something so small it’s not worth getting angry over.
they’re calling this guy a transphobe for saying “please take this somewhere else. this is not the appropriate place” nothing about that is malicious or transphobic. at all.
so I don’t understand. why are all these comments yelling the same stuff? did they just decide to harass this one guy for saying “take it somewhere else, please”?
I’m trying to find anything malicious in anything he’s said. I’m finding nothing but a dude working on a browser.
this kind of behavior scares me greatly. I know individuals who have been victims of real transphobia. this seems to be a simple language difference. and I think targeting this guy is a mistake.
Flooding and being loud doesn’t make them right. it just means they’re loud.
maybe I’m not seeing where the smoking gun is, here. I see a guy saying something akin to “can we not do this here in the github please”
and then I see a bunch of people blowing up and yelling about “dehumanization” over it.
…why is this such a huge deal exactly?
…omg I absolutely love this. that sounds so fun.
whoaaa. that looks amazing. I added it to my wishlist. I dont know if that was what op was looking for but I’m certainly glad you linked it!
this is far more interesting than the article. thank you very much.
“securing a Google Pixel Phone” would be a more appropriate headline.
anyone without a pixel, this guide will do nothing for you.
don’t waste your time with these weirdos. they throw around labels of transphobia for daring to disagree with anyone that doesn’t share their narrow, obsessive world views.
nothing whatsoever. but they need to feel important about something, I suppose.
I went to ddg looking for yoga with solaire and then found nothing and was heartbroken.
but yeah I’m a huge HL and HP fan in general and I’m planning to skip this one because I don’t really care about quidditch. its only real interest to me was as a cool plot tool. nothing more.
I always thought the whole point of quidditch was to put the protag as the most important position in the game.
but yeah I’ve seen “quidditch” being played. I’m just not certain how compelling it is without a protagonist player.
looks great. the combat reminds me of dragon age 2. I’m quite excited!
I’m all for another game in the franchise, but quidditch isn’t a very compelling part of the world for me.
as a sports game, quidditch feels shaky. its fine for narrative purposes, but it’s not a real sport. so I’m not sure how they will build it into one.
it’s “ayyyy lmao”. the post spelled it strange for some reason. some people call them ‘ayyyy lmao’ because of the one meme where they all say the phrase.
how do you know I’m not appreciative of the art as I’m playing?
I’ve seen quite a lot of symbolism, meaning, and expressions through video games. but not every video game is made for artistic expression. they can be, to great effect IMHO.
either way, how the art is experienced is entirely up to the individual player. and there’s no definitive way to experience art. that… kind of defeats the purpose of art, ya know?
Maybe because most people experience the art? and don’t feel the need to inflate their ego by thinking their interpretation or experience is the best way to interpret something?
this feels like a bunch of nerds sitting around complaining that gamers miss stuff, while not understanding that most gamers don’t miss it. they just experience it and don’t feel the need to externalize it.
edit omg I’m sorry I was replying to the wrong comment. they got me fucked up. lol
I’m with you. i see this a lot in the lgbt community and nobody calls them out on it.
