Might take mine to the movie theater later tonight when I go see Scream. Hopefully tonight I’ll get one street pass. Only person I got from the Mario movie on opening night was my friend next to me.

Gave the game another try after the update and I’m actually enjoying it now. Gotten to the 2nd map and there are a ton of enemies fighting everywhere now. They really did increase the amount of NPCs you see around the map.

Wanted something moody/dark to play during October and this has scratched that itch.

Only played solo but I’d rate it as a 6.5/10 now. The original version would be like a 5/10 to me.

There were two parts that made me dislike the quest line.

First it was how the quests kept making me run back and forth across the whole length of Neon core multiple times just to talk to a single person. It got so tiring.

The other part was the final stealth mission. That shit was the worst fucking stealth mission I’ve ever played in a Bethesda game. The stealth mechanics were completely broken in that place and it was only possible for me to stealth it by save scumming 60-70 times in that building.

I miss my PS4 because you could install a PS2 theme that came with the sounds

I switched to boost too because it reminded me of RIF with some tweaking. Compact mode is the best!

There’s a beta you can get into. I saw the link here two days and been using it since.

Akila city is much worse than new Atlantis since it isn’t segmented into sections so you could fast travel to areas. Then I got to Neon and dealt with the Ryujin quest line that basically had me sprint the length of a football field to the other side of the city multiple times before I finished it because there was no fast travel in the city. I upgraded my stamina just for that place lol

And the whole morrowind comparison is BS since they seemed to forget that Morrowind gave you a map and a local map to chart your paths. Please be sure to call out those people for that.

Nah this is all we got. It was so infuriating trying to talk about this at launch.

I got constantly talked down to with stuff like “uhh yeah there is a map lol. You can see the whole universe. What more do you need?” or they would say how that shitty topographic map is all you’d need.

It was also funny seeing people say to stop complaining because it’s like morrowind now. They completely missed that morrowind had a fucking local map for the towns too.

Why did you have to bring back those memories :(

Earthbound did that thing with the final boss. A pirated copy would have more enemies on the screen and it would also crash before the final boss

Game dev tycoon had a thing were the pirated version of the game would be harder as it was coded that pirates would steal the games you make. I thought that last one was absolutely genius lol. You can now toggle the pirate mode in the settings to experience it yourself.

At least that game had a map system. I’ve been so lost in New Atlantis. The elevators take you to so many different locations and the trains do it, but with no map I can’t tell which is on what location as it’s all segregated.

After another 2 hours I just gave up. This game is my least favorite Bethesda game I’ve played. I see how tedious it will get exploring. New Atlantis showed me the shortcomings of this game.

I’m only 2 hours in and I’m liking it too. Some things aren’t clicking yet for me like the space combat but with more practice I think I’ll get the hang of that too.

The one thing I dislike is how my robot companion will run into me constantly or block me in a small passage. I had to reload a save because I was stuck with a glitched floating vosco that wouldn’t let me jump around or even go underneath lmao. He’s been glitched like that for the last 40 minutes.

I’m actually getting a refund now. This game ended up being too tedious for me. After trying to explore New Atlantis for over an hour with that fucking horrible topographic “map” I refuse to deal with this for the next 40+ hours. Hell even Redfall was able to capture my attention longer than this mostly because it actually has a FUCKING MAP.

I just try and prepare sentences in my head so I don’t get messed up. One Cluttering thing i do when speaking is I will sometimes just revise the sentence I am speaking because the next word I was going to say was coming out wrong as I am speaking. This will just make me change what I plan to say and I will try and adapt the conversation on the go. It’s when I begin to clutter more and more as I get farther away from the sentences I originally planned in my head.

I should also state it can affects your handwriting too. If it looks sloppy even though you try then that is also a symptom of Cluttering. The same issues with words not spoken right can happen when you write/type too. All my notes during school were horrid looking from this. I cant even state how much I had to rewrite this comment lol. Hope everything can make sense to you!

I have a speech impediment called Cluttering that makes this issue happen almost every time I speak :/

Sucks having to practice saying a sentence multiple times in my head to make sure I can accurately pronounce each syllable without slurring.

If anyone here has jerky/irregular speaking where it comes off as disorganized or rapid then you might have the same issue I do. Even though you can picture the exact words you need to say, you’ll end up combining syllables together or have pauses during speaking where it sounds like you don’t know what to say next.

You gotta keep your subscription active to play those games.

At least Xbox let you always keep the Xbox 360 games that were on free each month until they canceled that earlier this year.
