Our DM (who is awesome and cool) has 2 campaigns going:
The main one for if we all are there
An episodic, side campaign if 1 or 2 people are missing
If we assume the ground is frictionless, I’d assume we’re assuming no air resistance, just to make it easy
I know it’s more expensive, but I’d rather get a steam deck and just emulate the games
Was fighting a very very big enemy who could attack with claws, tail, and bite. When I (barbarian fighter) got bit, I didn’t even try to escape since it seemed safer inside. I ended up having to do enough damage before the creature realized I was a very spicey snack and threw me up

Gonna be honest, I usually make my backstory like 2 or 3 sessions in, that way I get a feel for the character and can do something that makes sense. I usually start off with a rough idea, but I like incorporating themes from the story into my background
I’m pretty sure a doctor did this to me when I dislocated my shoulder (or at least something similar). It very much hurt in the moment, but right afterwards the pain disappeared, it was truly a strange experience
I have a cat that’s fine with holding paw, probably because I did it a lot when she was a kitten. Her brother is much more like the video
