If you think it isn’t a sunlight issue. Knock it out of the pot and take a photo of the root ball. This is either a watering or a feeding issue or a light issue or, as is often the case with house plants, a lil bit of all 3.

6·1 year agoEnd of January is when I sow mine in a heated propagator with grow lights. Unless you can provide ample heat and appropriate light levels there is no benefit to sowing them now that I am aware of.
Having said that, as far as an experiment goes - fuck it. Why not?
The bumps are normal as far as I know.
This is either early blight or wind burn killing the leaves.
