Are those 3D printed replacement caps or something?
I love it! I use a Model M daily for work and remapped my RAlt to a windows key.

As someone that works at a storage devices company - we do still manufacture 10K HDDs. They are faster than the 7200s of the same spec, by nature. All 2.5” drives for enterprise systems. And will actually continue selling them until ~2030. That said, they’re all but obsolete at this point, and aren’t really being developed on any more.
Carefully-calculated trace lengths and signal pathing have left the chat
As someone that works writing firmware for SAS devices… it’s happened all too many times
Ah, duh! Totally forgot about that part of the article, lol
The z80 actually just went EOL last week! After nearly 50 years.
Thank you! That makes much more sense.
That’s exciting! Crazy to see how something can not be seen for a hundred years, but still be found again.
I’ve got 3D pipes running on my spare Win10 machine :) fills me with nostalgia every time I see it, even still
lol, I worked on a project at my company that sent a box with various instruments up to space sometime in February… but it’s waiting on something that’s on the Starliner before it can be unboxed and used, so now it’s just been sitting for 4 months and will continue to do so for god-knows-how-long
Oh no! Anyway
That’s awesome - good tip. I think I’m going to try to find someone to mimic the physical leaf I like as closely as possible. How much did it hurt to get it done on your shoulder blade? I’ve heard mixed things and my only tattoo was on the outside of my shoulder and didn’t really hurt much at all. Have also heard that when they go back to fill in the color, it hurts much more
…you’ve sold it, I now know what my second tattoo is gonna be! My P. Warszewiczii just put out a beautiful new leaf I’m going to model it after!
Shitty k8s cluster/space heater?
True, he is sitting at a terminal - but it appears to be connected to an IBM 5150 or similar. So maybe not so dumb!
Looking at the rest of things more carefully - very likely a 5150, if not definitely. Iconic and hugely popular PC for its era, so it would make sense for sure.
It most definitely is!
I saw some pretty dope clouds that day!
Jk… they weren’t even dope… it was just an overcast day ;-;
Fun! That’s a big order! How big was the box
