The proton client for Linux has improved recently. I use it on PopOS. As to your first point I agree. I landed with Proton specifically because it was cheaper to do it and email rather than separate services.
Having tried Fusion 360… It’s interface and design paradigm is utter trash. NX, Creo, and Solidworks are all far ahead. Can’t speak for catia, I’ve never used it but the versions I saw looked worse than Fusion
Pretty sure that the very first gen Google ?dot? Mini speaker has physical disconnect.
It’s fairly good. I find the autocorrect to be poor and result in a much lower typing speed though.
Highly dependent on workplace. Many with govt contracts could feel an obligation to punish this.

Pop has been Rock solid for me and steam gaming. Trivial to set up and the store is wonderful too. Nice that it works great for non gaming tasks as well.
Did they ever allow for turning off head bob and blur? That game makes me motion sick to an insane degree.
Those are the good providers. If there were another good provider and this is being done with intent than they will just block that domain as well. I use a custom domain with proton, I think that would protect against this but maybe some folks more engaged could chime in before you take that as advice.
I’m trying to get the mobile app working again. Everything else has been great but the app seems to break with each update.
