From a practical standpoint, isn’t this like bee porn, like literal bee flower bukkake?

I literally don’t know what any of that means
I won’t ever understand advanced maths, can someone explain me?
Isn’t this more accurately understood as Mohammad son of Algorithm?
Yeah, I suspect that the universe may expand and contract, so likely all the matter in the big bang came from it all being compressed from the previous cycle.
I also think all total matter gets distributed the same way each cycle, so I guess I think all matter that exists now is the same matter that has existed always.
I also think each cycle, everything happens the same way deterministically, even though it would be exciting to see if maybe events happen differently each cycle.
I thought of the same. I assumed this anachronism was meant to imply he was incredibly old and around for the initial rollout of the telephone.
Okay but evolution doesn’t really stop and all hereditary changes are still really evolution, I think the question is if those changes continue to persist and if the size difference happens to improve a measurable aspect of survivability until reproduction. Also helps when a trait is dominant.
I heard Sindel from Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 scream in my head, thx.
I’m not sure I’m okay with individual land ownership period, business or individual. I have strange political and economic views. I think land usage should be controlled, heavily by a central authority and the consequences of that land usage considered heavily.
Thought experiment: if all native / indigenous people are from somewhere, the only thing that defines natives is time as there are no indigenous people other than in concept and idea in someone’s mind.
Borders and countries are nothing more than idea, and no one has any claim to any land and more than anyone else.
I always think about this when people make indigenous people’s statements, and really no one is from anywhere from a lineage perspective beyond the circumstances of their own birth.
Undoubtedly going to be Elon Musk vs Jeff Bezos
Not just may, does. It’s less species to hop to, but smaller genetic pools mean that within a species it’s more likely to spread with less immune response, or has less to mutate against.
I hope this comment is allowed, because the title was confusing to me - I thought this was a new economic term, like hyperinflation.
Toxoplasmosis Gondii in the flesh does exist!
Entirely overengineered. Redundant with better solutions. This is being pushed for hidden reasons.
Let me be real. I never noticed outages stopping. It feels like it’s daily, I’m used to it, but I think it happens so often that lemmy.world has lost its growth opportunity, and we alienated the normies. I’m still going to stay on Lemmy, and I believe you’re doing the best you can, but we lost for the time being, the migration to Lemmy from Reddit is stunted.
I had this same question recently. The last Ridge Racer I played was awful, absolutely awful. It was a Vita Game and it shipped with barely any content, it was bizarre.
There was a period of time the game consoles launching with a Ridge Racer was actually gaming tradition, it was even a superstition that if you didn’t launch with one, the console would fail.
The PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, Vita, and PS2 all launched with one. You can check the dates to confirm.
Ridge Racer is still one of my favorite games, and I loved Horizon Chase Turbo so much I recently picked up the physical Vita release.
Okay, I don’t agree here. These Lemmy servers are hosted largely by people, not organizations or LLCs, and individuals being legally liable is a problem.
This isn’t twenty years ago where the Internet was a wild West and most things actually ended up flying, the modern legal reality is so complicated and if you want it differently, you host a Lemmy instance and federate with as much illegal activity as you want.
Lemmy.world is aiming to be the mainstream and pallet able Lemmy instance for the masses, let it be that, it’s their choice
Wait, but didn’t a lot of them it turns out actually have feathers? Like regardless of taxonomy, with regards to phenotype, I thought we were able to inductively reason they had feathers ( possibly more like like down feathers ) and were even most closely related to birds.
