  • Yes, let’s create a martyr of Trump. Fantastic idea. No way that would have backfired. Nosiree.

Democrats tried to do things by the book. Legally. You know, the way things should be done. Not by escalating tensions with more violence.

Democrats are absolutely infuriated by all of this. The shear frustration that more is not able to be done. Hell, look at Jack Smith and everything he’s been fighting for and trying to get pushed through. There have never been lawsuits like this brought against a former President - shit has to be airtight. You can’t just walk into court and say, “Trump sucks, he’s a menace, lock him up,” and expect Trump to get hauled off to jail.

Your not being remotely realistic about how things SHOULD happen. Sure, the reactionary in me would have loved to know that the traitor got drawn and quartered, but the realist in me knows that it wouldn’t have done anything but beget more violence and extremism from the right. Trump cronies structured the Judicial System in his favor, and yes. He’s a fucking menace, but it’s not likely we’ve lost here, Kamala will win and he’ll get fucked. Let’s do this legally, and not take the “Nuclear, who cares about the fallout” option.

  • Oh. Yeah, you’ll need to learn to write. Like a lot. lol

I’m in engineering. We write a LOT of reports, technical records, and documentation. If I did what I did back in highschool and early college. I’d have been fired years ago. And I guarantee you we write much less than you guys.

    Good luck figuring it out!

  • If it’s a paper asking your opinion or ideas on something, then I used buy a 6-pack of beer, sit down to write paper with some good music on, and just drunk write for about 3 hours. You’ll suprisingly write like 17 pages of bullshit and ramblings, but after you sober up, you can typically condense it down to about a solid 3 or so pages of legitimately good ideas to build off of. I used to love writing papers as I essentially made an event out of it.

Once I figured out my groove, I stopped the drinking and discovered that isolation was always key for me. I had to find a space without distractions. Our school library had a floor with hidden tables, rooms, and a rule that no talking was allowed. It was dead silent there…it was fantastic.

Looks good, but your layering and sauce could use some work. Not trying to be critical, I just know that I personally like knowing how I can improve upon things for next time. I’ve made this all the time for family events, and have made the same mistakes.

The sauce needs to be cooked down so it’s thick and rich. You don’t want a watery sauce, because you wind up with soupy lasagna that just falls apart when cut (which is what you see in the first picture). You’ll find that your lasagna hold a great shape when you do this.

As for the layering, if you have a thicker sauce use a thicker noodle, otherwise you can keep them pretty thin (0.8-1.0mm). Parboil after making the noodles so that way you don’t have to worry about water content in sauce. Lastly, don’t leave pasta exposed to oven, you’ll end up with gross crunchy, sometimes inedible noodles. I’ll typically add a thin top layer of sauce and coat it with thinly shredded cheese.

Other than that, it looks really good. The bechamel is a great addition to it. If you really want to take it to the next level, try braised short rib for your next lasagna, I typically cook it the night before in whatever sauce I intend to use for the lasagna, and then leave it in fridge for 24 hours to let the flavor develop more. Makes for an extremely rich, thick tomato sauce and the beef shreds up nicely for a good thin layer. Alvin Zhou does a recipe very similar: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-aCJtxibSpA
