A spoonful of honey-ginger-arbol syrup

2 oz bourbon

1 oz Giffard Abricot

1 oz grapefruit juice

Scant oz lemon

Shake with ice, pour over new ice.

Oddly a little watery tasting/feeling (like, it could use more mouth feel, or a bit of fizz) but flavor is mmmm.
