Swapping from Falcon Heavy to Vulcan saves some money, too, but the root cause definitely just seems like Vulcan delays again. That sucks. Props to SpaceX for being flexible and accommodating this.

Hopefully this year ULA can get to a monthly launch cadence, especially with their new east coast VIF-A and bringing a west coast pad online.
