I do love a paper plane with 2x the bourbon. These all have a very strong and sweet ginger juice component, so good for winter. And all have lemon/lime, they are not just boozy but balanced looking.

    Ooh, these sound perfect for California citrus season too!

    If you’re looking for a cookie to match (ginger, citrus, liquor), I can highly recommend these.

      Those look great and also like they would be easy to convert to vegan (I certainly am not - cheese is one of the peak achievements of mankind IMO - but some of my family is, so always looking for stuff that won’t suck if vegan-ized)
