I believe in reasonable background checks and waiting periods to purchase and install a door. Anyone with a improperly installed door should be held criminally liable.
Close, but that’s only one part of the problem. You’re forgetting that anybody can just open a door. The government should set an age limit, create an aptitude test and start issuing dooring licenses.
