    Ouch. 5 Atlases is decent, but only 1 Vulcan is rough. I’m a little surprised that more payloads haven’t been remainifested if there are really some that have been waiting for 1.5+ years.

      Well, roughly half the Vulcan payloads are Project Kuiper, which only recently ramped up production.

      I think a couple of GPS satellites may have been swapped between Falcon 9 and Vulcan. Not exactly a remanifest, as Vulcan will eventually launch a GPS satellite, but not the satellite it was originally slated to launch.
