I don’t understand why I2P needs StormyCloud for this. And what “I2P” even means here? i2p-java? All I2P implementations?

I can see why they would need a partner for credit and debit cards, but cryptocurrency can be sent without a third party, so I don’t see why they would need them for that.

They said core software, so I’m assuming the Java implementation.
