Still works perfectly. I used to use it with Subsonic, now with YT Music. Plenty of music players support scrobbling to it still.

Lidarr can import from a last.fm users playlist, or last.fm tags. Can also follow Spotify lists, and monitor Apple Music for top albums and auto grab them.
