With my husband hand modeling.
And over ice, it’s still about 32C here, a coupe would be warm in seconds.
2 parts cognac 1 part Galliano 1 part lemon
Tart and delicious. Surprised it’s so tart, honestly, I think of Galliano as cloyingly sweet but it is kind of hiding here, just slightly modifying the cognac sour.
Galliano Vanilla or L’Autentico? Or am I the only one who ever made that mistake, lol.
Also, IME liqueur is never enough to balance an equal amount of lemon or lime juice. Liqueur may be sweet, but it’s not literal syrup.
Anyway, that recipe sounds tasty!
Galliano L’Authentico
I love the ridiculous bottle it comes in. Grew sunflowers this year and put just one tall flower in that tall bottle, it looked so good!
I tried this tonight and thought it was fun and really different. Thanks!
