my “big” (SEA, not India) asian grocery has chopsticks and the good soup spoons but no big bowls. i am also fortunate to live a short drive from a big fancy restaurant supply store, so i guess we all get them there.
instead of putting in a cooking gear section in ours, it’s the town’s best seafood selection. not as good as driving into the “local” fish market yourself, but saves you an hour and a half at least.
Go to the Asian grocery store. Not the little one, the big one that took over a dead kohls or something.
Go in the way back where they have all the cooking gear. They always have thin steel bowls that range from reasonable to omfg size. They’re like $4.
That’s your salad bowl. Also pick up some rice bowls while you’re in there.
Y’all got Asian grocery stores? Best I got is the international isle in Food Lion.
ack, food lion, yuck. I mean, Publix is expensive, but you could at least go to the 'teet. Ain’t no reason to be in a food lion.
We don’t have a Publix or harris teeter. My only other full grocery store is walmart.
Sorry friend.
