3/4 oz Aperol chile infused (I used the habanero tincture)
3/4 oz Cocci Barolo Chinotto (did not have, sub with Crodino and a splash of Campari)
3/4 oz lemon juice
Shake & strain.

She is chill and affectionate, and almost fearless, and our orange cat is playful but jumpy and irritable, we live in backwards land I guess.
