This seems like a personal crusade of Grenell especially considering cheeto’s desire to take credit for anything happening and Florida almost immediately trying to get them to go anywhere else.
I have yet to see a source of dipshit in chief demanding anything, which was the original claim.
Grenell is following the will of the admin. Him not taking direct credit gives him plausible deniability for not being associated with a sex traffickers while his base can give him credit so it’s a win win for him
That’s possible, for sure. I also think dipshit cares so little about what people in his admin do as long as he gets to do what he wants that there are people doing rogue shit all over the place. This seems like too much effort him to actually make.
