(I love redundant etymology. By far the best I’ve found is still Nueva Cartagena - new new new city. You could get something like this if you see English speakers calling the Paraguay River “Rio Paraguay River” [they always treat “rio” as a name, and “para” is “river” in Guaraní], but sadly I never saw it.)
