3·4 days agoThe style of the song strongly reminds me of the band Tool, but wasn’t “White Pony” also the album on which both bands collaborated? I listened to the song again, and sure enough, that’s the voice of the Tool singer.

2·5 days agoIndeed, I hadn’t even thought of that! How fitting. Perhaps I subconsciously had a thought of the saga. 😆
Nice to see you again 🙂. I’ve actually been looking into courses on and off over the last few weeks. I’d really like to do that, but I can’t quite decide yet whether I should focus on understanding perspective properly or starting with life drawing.

3·1 month agoThank you! The prompts are from Inktober. The goal is simply to develop a drawing routine and share your work on social media platforms. But above all, it’s about simply enjoying the act of drawing. The current prompts are usually posted once a week on the Inktober Facebook page or on Instagram. In October, they’re posted daily. I personally don’t use Facebook or Instagram, but there’s a wonderful community here with a great moderator. That’s where I get the actual prompts. Greetings to the community !inktober@sh.itjust.works and @ink@sh.itjust.works.
Edit: Typos
Thank you! It is ink and some sprinkles with a grey alcohol marker. Before inking I drew it with a pencil. 🙂
Wow! They are tremendous. Is Kalli Riley a different cat? I assume they are siblings?
It looks like a perfectly sphered space potato.
Impressing sideburns 😆

2·2 months agoThat’s a really interesting topic. I’m already curious about the reactions.
Ahh, ok, I got it 😅. I didn’t know what cryptid meant. I’ve looked it up now.
Is this a reference to something, or have I misunderstood something?

2·2 months agoHaha, that`s exactly the tutorial I used for it 😆😉.
The waves in particular are rather stunning, are they not?
The waves turned out surprisingly well. I really didn’t expect that.
For example, I specifically mentioned that there was a partial view of a wave on the right side, but it instead assumed it was part of the serpent, as you can see.
I had more the impression that the body of the Serpent was shining through the wave and that the colors were being refracted by the wave.
Another mistake was mine alone, in that I forgot to give it any instructions about the person in the boat. They’re colored oddly
I personally don’t find that bad. It doesn’t distract too much from the Serpent, but still leaves enough room for the viewer to create their own story around the image.
Wow, that’s fantastic! Thank you! I’m really happy about it. I find the colors in the comic version much more vibrant, which I personally prefer. How do you do that so quickly? I don’t mind if you use it for your community. Please just be so kind as to credit my version as well. 😃
That would definitely take it to another level. I don’t have much experience with digital editing, and I probably lack the right tools. But feel free to try it out on the image yourself. I’d be curious to see how it turns out. 😀
Yes, I know the community and I had posted the picture there as well.
I’m glad you’re wondering about this person. But that’s also the beauty of it – it’s simply left to your own imagination, allowing it to flourish 😃.

4·3 months agoOh, then I must have misunderstood you, and I’m sorry. I’m not a professional artist. I just do this for my own enjoyment, and if I don’t like it, I simply redo it. Thank you for commenting again, and I’m glad you wanted to initiate an exchange of opinions 🤝

Thank you! I appreciate it! 🙂
