I can see where you’re coming from. But calling Roblox a “specific game” isn’t entirely accurate because it’s got millions of separate ones.

Sure, the majority of Roblox players are kids. But iirc about half are adults. It’s not literally 99% kids with the remaining 1% being pedophiles like you suggest.

Removing the chat function entirely isn’t the solution; pedos would just move somewhere else. Maybe all online chat should be restricted to those 18 and older?

Word games? Multiplayer competitive games?

It’s not just a roleplaying game.

Despite being pretty important to the gameplay, should the developers of other games primarily played by underaged people be forced to ban chat? Like other bigger multiplayer games like Fortnite, Among Us, Valorant, CSGO, etc.

It looks like it’s #7 on the most visited list. Even a top 10 website is still pretty fucking huge (it’s #7). Almost everyone in the world uses the internet, and to think it could be one of the fingers if the top 10 was put on a hand is ludicrous.

You could definitely move onto others with experience, and obviously there are other decent options, but I do think Bambu offers one of the best balances between stability and cost.

I’m not surprised Lemmy is against Bambu though because this site is essentially an open source forum, lol. Thats true though, the lack of modding is why I might not suggest sticking with them.

Used printers often require fixes that require you to be knowledgeable in to fix.

I recommend Bambu printers if you wanna dip your toes in the hobby. They’re locked down quite a bit but they just work. I think the A1 mini is excellent.
