I don’t watch streamers either but have known about it since before it released. I suggest finding places that recommend indie games, and just looking at steam to see what’s new and popular. There are lots of websites, youtube channels etc. that make stuff like most exciting upcoming, best of (year/month), best (category) indie games of (year/decade) and so on. I can add some later when I have time, if I remember.

You don’t need to get just new games. Do what a ton of people do: wait till they’re on sale. There is literally no hurry, wait till any game reaches the price point you think its worth. And then you get the best possible version of the game, both in terms of patches, most of the time with DLC included and the modding community has had time to make stuff (if that’s relevant).
And it’s an even better experience to emulate too, you get lots of options for the same or better performance, resolution, better than default graphics options, mods etc.
It never stops being so fucking cringe that Americans just can’t stop putting their flag on every square inch of everywhere. Its always been cringe but it’s even worse now.
It’s not about cheap crap, it’s about the predatory nature of almost all apps shown and how well-known it is that they’re ethically bad.
It makes them feel powerful and cool, that’s it. They’re insecure, broken, pathetic, childish man-babies who need that gear to feel that they’re in charge. It’s not about what’s useful and logical, it’s about them psychologically needing it and also thinking it makes them look threatening.
I never even wondered if muskrat had any siblings, he has such an “only child” energy that it didn’t seem worth even thinking about. Gotta read up on them (he apparently has a sister too). Can only guess what weird shit will come up.

Is it though? I never paid any attention to him, so I only know that one time he made some kids make a sign with heil Hitler or something like that (which from what I’ve read was just a joke in bad taste, he isn’t a nazi or major racist). Otherwise, I haven’t heard anything bad about him, he was just never someone I cared to know more about and watch, seemed to be mostly for kids. Please, correct anything I’ve said if I’m wrong.
