    In the US the insurance won’t pay if it a family member accident like this because of fraud.

      That’s not true for any of the insurance companies I’ve had. It’s explicitly stated in the policy.

    You walk out and get into a car and CANNOT SEE that there is a car parked in back of the car you are just getting into?!?!?!?!
