I adjusted the recipe a little

2 oz cognac (ABK6

1 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz Amaretto Adratico

1/4 oz orgeat

1/4 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

And yes 1/3 oz bitters.

Dry shake, then shake with ice, everything but the bitters. Pour into chilled coupe Then carefully pour the bitters right in the middle of the drink to get the pink line.
