Yeah. Actually confused me for a minute and I had to go dig into all the different communities on mander.
I think it makes sense to change the display name.

Well…it can be an long conversation but the TL;DR is there were several space communities and it will help lemmy grow to consolidate. Mander was chosen because they are science focused and LW holds ~40% of all lemmy users. To avoid one community from dominating lemmy we need to spread the usage to multiple instances.
Seems like you’re on the west coast (USA). Me too.
I’m hoping I get to duck out for a bit and take it all in after bedtime and chores. I won’t be able to pull out a telescope tonight, but sometimes binoculars surprise me.
Where are you located? How harsh of winters do you get? How wet is your spring?
I’ve always been interested in doing this. Winters are fairly mild here in my part of the PNW, but have doubts that I wouldn’t just have a mud pit in the fall/spring.
Ooooo. That’s fun.
Got any pictures of the wintertime? Curious what it looks like then.
I’m open to the idea, but these articles bring out some of the highest levels of engagement, discussion and often bring in new readers.
Start reporting them when you see them.
How many subscribers do you have?
Nice. I might copy your idea.
None of the photos are loading for me…even when I visit slrpnk.net
I went out of my way to purchase prusa the first time. With these new developments, I probably won’t.
Yeah, the enclosure is a driving factor as I’d like to branch out to different materials. The AMS seems pretty awesome as well since I’ve been wanting to do multi color for a while now.
It will be a significant speed upgrade…but the quality is only a little better. It’s one of the things holding me back. Not sure I really need to upgrade yet.
I’ve been thinking about upgrading my MK3. It was a hard choice between Prusa and bamboo. This makes the choice a bit easier.
Spacepod by Carrie Nugent is hands down the best podcast about space. She interviews a different expert every week and gets them to share and explain their research. Fantastic. Hooked me from the beginning.

Some episodes are better than others, but they are always jam packed full of information.
Edit: Also, Carrie is an astronomer, so sometimes her and the guest fully geekout on a topic.
Do a BIOS recovery using the jumper. You’ll have to go to download the recovery BIOS from Intel.

Edit: didn’t read the full post. You can turn off the other LED in the bios.Youll need a display to know what’s going on and to debug. If no storage is present, it usually boots to PXE boot or a screen that says no boot device found.
I’ve never seen it, but will put it on the list.
Hopefully that changes fast om the next 6 years…
Hilarious 😂 take on the cross section
I actually have a colleague who randomly saw the launch from their airplane. They had no idea and had to look it up after landing. I like all the different ways it can pull people in.
Curious what your issues with glusencamp-perez are? I don’t live in her district, but seems like she represents her constituents fairly well for how politically split the district is…but again I’m not necessarily in the know.
